New players of role and context identification

The following article is the work of Avatar, administrator The Opinometre blog, which I recommend. Has been kind enough to let me post the following article published at the time he , which I consider excellent to complement the block from my blog on the promotion of the role. I edited some minor points to make it a little more generic. Enjoy.

is possible that those who have never played the role find it difficult to identify with a character that has nothing to do with them. It is possible that people need a slow start compared to its reality to sail to the ends of the imagination and embody a star fighter pilot, a mutant with superpowers, a vampire or a fierce mythical barbarian native land. But that does not make them worse candidates for role play, but difficult to win customers and real challenges for game managers who assume that everyone is equally able to unleash the imagination.
